• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fintech, innovation, and banking trend scouting
• Validation of ideas and idea management
• Planning and execution of innovation projects
• Prototyping and participation in MVP/MMP development
• Facilitation of workshops along the venture development process
• Participation in innovation culture
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ponúkaný plat

In this case, we do not offer a uniform starting salary. It depends on the candidate's experience and seniority, and is the subject of a partnership agreement during the selection process. Minimum starting salary: €2000 •   €3000 gross for full-time.

• You are a perfect fit if you have already gained 2+ years of working experience in the field of corporate innovation/venture/startup building/fintech
• Passion for innovations and fintech
• Know-how of designing, validating, and developing new products, services, and business models
• Know-how in developing business models and business cases
• Extensive coordination, project management, and presentation skills
• Plus: investment experience and technology skills
• Bias for action with demonstrable appetite to start and lead new projects
• Motivated, self-driven, and a strong team player
• Analytical and structured presentation skills
• Attention to detail and emphasis on quality
